Hello, I'm Doug Fillis. 

Doug Fillis leads Accelerate Sports Ventures, a Name, Image and Likeness firm that educates and supports college and high school athletes as well as parents, coaches, agencies and corporate clients. Accelerate delivers first-class programming and digital content on all things Name, Image and Likeness. Fillis has tapped into his experience negotiating over $800M in deals, teaching as a member of the NYU adjunct faculty for over a decade and his vast network in the sports world to build Accelerate.

Prior to founding Accelerate Fillis was a member of the leadership team that oversaw $400M sponsorship business with IMG College. Previous to that Fillis held leadership roles with New York City FC and Rutgers Athletics. Fillis began his career in athletics at West Point.
